What are your qualifications and experience?

At Learning Unlimited, our team is composed of certified practitioners in Everything DiSC and Five Behaviors, ensuring a high level of expertise in these key areas. As the primary coach, I am a Registered Corporate Coach, a Gallup Certified Clifton Strengths Coach, and a Table Group Certified Six Types of Working Genius Coach. These certifications, while important, are only as valuable as their practical application, which we ensure through our day-to-day work with clients.

However, what truly sets us apart is our experience and our approach to learning. We believe in a facilitated learning journey, respecting and honoring what people already know. We don’t position ourselves as the sole experts; instead, we recognize that each person is unique and has valuable insights to contribute. Whether in a group setting or one-on-one, we focus on drawing out what needs to be done differently or what should continue to be done.
